Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate qualified leads.
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
- Craft and deliver personalized outreach sequences using CRM and automation tools.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or client outreach
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proven ability to manage high volume outreach (100+ calls per day)
- Experience using tools like CRMs, dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and coachable.
