About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Product to lead key initiatives shaping the future of Colossyan’s AI video platform. As a senior product leader, you will drive product strategy, execution, and team collaboration to deliver a world-class user experience. You will oversee multiple product areas and work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure our platform remains best-in-class for our customers.

This role is ideal for a seasoned product manager (7+ years experience) from a SaaS background who has a keen eye for detail, strong user empathy, and a deep understanding of great UX and design. You will help define and refine our product vision while ensuring every feature we ship enhances usability, engagement, and customer value.

What You’ll Do

• Lead product strategy & execution for key areas of Colossyan’s AI video platform.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Deeply understand customer needs by conducting user research, analyzing data, and gathering insights from customer interactions.
• Drive exceptional UX and design decisions by collaborating with designers and ensuring a polished, intuitive experience.
• Define clear metrics for success and iterate based on data, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Mentor and guide other product managers, ensuring alignment across multiple product areas.
• Work closely with engineering to balance technical feasibility with delivering customer impact efficiently.
• Align stakeholders across the company, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful product launches.

Who We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Strong product sense and UX intuition—you know what makes a great product experience.
• Proven track record of shipping high-impact features and driving measurable customer value.
• Experience working closely with designers and engineers to build well-crafted, user-friendly software.
• Strong analytical mindset—comfortable making data-driven decisions.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in AI, video technology, or content creation tools is a plus but not a must
